A little bit about me...

Hi, I'm Charlotte!
After 10 years of working in busy, fast-paced environments in hospitality, feeling a lack of personal fulfilment and empow
erment, the gym felt like a calm escape in comparison, which I always came back to.
I decided to pursue my Personal Training qualifications and turn my passion for health and fitness and personal empowerment into a full-time career.
During COVID-19, I put on a substantial amount of weight and left a relationship that drained me, and a physically demanding job which ruined my mental health. I know first-hand how it feels to be emotionally and physically exhausted, and how lonely it can feel.
With over 6 years of gym experience, my coaching blends evidence-based training principles with holistic mind-body awareness, helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting wellbeing.
I don’t just focus on physical results — I help you create lasting change through habit tracking, and by addressing recovery, stress, nutrition, and the lifestyle habits that truly shape your progress. Together, we’ll design a personalised program that fits around you — your goals, your schedule, and your energy.
