About Us

After 10 years of working in busy, fast-paced environments in hospitality and a lack of personal fulfillment, I decided to work towards my Personal Training qualifications and take my passion for health and well-being full-time.
During COVID-19, I put on a substantial amount of weight, despite the fact I was in physically demanding jobs, sometimes on my feet for more than 12 hours a day, I was perplexed as to why I was struggling to lose weight. Shortly after lockdowns lifted, that's when I spent more time in the gym and eating to nourish my body. I learnt how to build real strength sustainably and healthily.
With 6 years gym experience, I bring first-hand knowledge on fat loss, muscle gain, nutrition, and fitness maintenance. Whatever your fitness level, age or location, we can personalise a plan that works around your life, not the other way round.
